Being the Old Guard

have you... excuse me while we take a quick visit to the back of my mind ...

what's back there you ask? a slight and maybe growing sense of dread for next year (ie: september).

i'm going to be the old guard.

woah. what have i done? it may have been easier to come, than it'll be to go back.

only a few more months and the last year of my university career will start. and then onto the "real world." i know i'm building it up to be more than it really is.

but still, it seems almost unfathomable to me.

  • um. i think you have to be skinny to be permitted into the real world.

    so...looks like you have a ways to go.

    and, as accomodating CU is for students with disabilities, i'm not quite sure they can accomodate you. before, they might have been able to work around you, but since EA, you've really let yourself go.

    and if you plan on wearing those obscene shirts, they will mos def not let you in.

    just a few pointers to consider before being considered yourself for the "real world".

    or be a babboon in heat.

  • Hey...remember how we discussed how I changed all the marker lids so that they matched the actual marker...aka, my anal retentiveness? Well, I'm hereby posting to protest your spelling of "Gaurd". Can we get a spell-check, aisle 3?
